These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Raspberry Tapestry’s website and services. By using the site, you agree to these Terms.

Products & Sales

- Many of our designs are offered on Spoonflower products. When you purchase fabric or other products via Spoonflower links, production and shipping are handled by Spoonflower. Raspberry Tapestry is responsible for design and digital delivery where applicable; Spoonflower handles printing, fulfillment, and shipping.

- Prices and availability may change without notice.

- We reserve the right to cancel orders for reasons such as product unavailability or payment issues; refund will be issued if we cancel.

Payment & Billing

Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. You agree to provide accurate billing information and that charges may appear from those processors on your statement.

Shipping & Returns

- Shipping and return policies for physical products are generally governed by the marketplace or fulfillment partner (e.g., Spoonflower). Check the relevant product page and Spoonflower’s policy for details.

- For digital goods: no refunds after download unless required by law.

Intellectual Property

- All content on the site (designs, images, text) is owned by Raspberry Tapestry or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works of designs without our permission.

Licensing

If you are interested in licensing a Raspberry Tapestry design, you must contact us directly at Cara@RaspberryTapestry.com to discuss terms. No rights to reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use designs for commercial purposes are granted unless a separate written licensing agreement is signed.

User Conduct

You agree not to use the site for unlawful activities, to post infringing content, or to attempt to access restricted areas.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Raspberry Tapestry is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of use of our site or products. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months (or $100 if no purchase).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Raspberry Tapestry against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.
